Legally, you don't. Getting access to an account without the user's permission is going to require Facebook's assistance - and if there's a *really* good reason (someone is in danger, cyber-bullying, the person is deceased and you're turning it into a memorial, etc.), then they'll help.
Otherwise, you'll be facing possible fines and/or jail time for hacking an account.
