Probably just a coincidence. You could send them a message or add them to find out who they are and then 'unfreind' them once you have found out.

Lol ! Ill find it creepy though if not photo is up and all the interests are the same then yeah is your profile private ? Cause if it is then you have nothing to worry about if someone that your not friends with is stalking your page and if not well I consider making it private !
