It's a cute picture and your hair looks good, but yes, the makeup is a little over the top. You said it yourself - you don't normally look like that. You're beautiful, and you don't need so much makeup. Why not make your profile picture a picture that truly represents who you are?

You ask if it's over the top, and then start throwing your toys out of your pram when people tell you it is... giving thumbs down to people who are telling the truth is very immature. I think you look AWFUL, really sad, and yes, you DO look like a little girl trying to look grown up... absolutely dreadful.

You look vewry beautiful, everything looks perfect about you but one thing I would bring down a bit is the Eye shadows/ masscara thing. I don't know what it's called but your eye lashes/lids look alittle too dark, tone it down about. but still you look very nice and pretty!

Remember that makeup is their to enhance your natural beauty. Why don't you put your make up on in stages, taking photos as you go and then post them up (or ask friends etc) what they think. Its about finding that happy medium, where you're comfortable and if you're trying to attract someone, for them to think 'FIT'.
