SHHHH! Don't alert them that they are spending tons of their own members hard earned required 10% tithe money on nothing! NOBODY looks at those ads! When they are spending money on them, they are leaving the rest of us alone! What? You want their missionaries to get hernias carrying around and distributing more book of mormons?! We'll send them all to YOUR door, then!
While you're at it, don't tell yahoo either. Or we will end up paying to answer your questions!

Mormons get a little thrill from knowing their church is wealthy and powerful. The LDS Church can afford ads that many other churches can't.
