Whenever you see her online, turn off the chat. Or delete her, but she may get offended, but then again, it's possible she might not even notice. But if she's constantly messaging you, she'll wonder why you're never online, then search you, then realise you've deleted her... Or you could block her, which can't be seen but can sometimes be figured out. Don't say anything cruel to her that'll offend her either.

Block her or turn off the facebook chat for her - she won't see you online that way.

i would unfriend and block her, and if she asks you anything, say you deleted your facebook. that way it wont seem like it was her fault.

Go offline just to her (gear in chat window --> go offline)
or block her
or unfriend her
