If you have an issue with it talk, talk to her, but to be honest, it's not really any of your business.
She may be your girlfriend, but that doesn't mean she has to get permission to do things.

Well I can see why that would bother you, but if it was a topless beach, don't you think that would be a little weird if she were the only one on the whole beach wearing a top? I mean, if you think about...
As for the underwear picture, you should talk to her about that if it makes you uncomfortable and I can totally see why it would.

Well portugal is a different country so they might have different customs and that could be totally acceptable.
And underwear is basically like a bathing suit.
But if you have a problem with it, talk to her about. Open relationships are the best kind.
