Have your husband do it. Since it's his family, he'll be able to do it easier. Be sure he mentions why it is unsafe so that they will understand.
Hopefully you want them off for safety reasons, not jealousy.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. It's just Facebook and I'm sure your husband's cousin has her privacy set so that only her friends can see it. You should feel proud that she wants to show off your child to all her friends! My advice would be just be cool and don't get mad. Why not make your own Facebook profile and comment on the picture saying, "Awww my little daughter looks so adorable
" That'd be way better then doing something drastic like demanding she takes them down or something.
