That is not cool because you are not going to have friends in real life. One of my friends in real life got a Facebook and now he is friends requesting people he doesn't know.In real life he has a about a couple of friends, but he is saying that he actually know them. You never know what kind of people are one the internet.

No, because I'm assumig you know most or all of the people on your list. Not many people know 1500 people.

The more people on one's friend list means the few actual friends they have. Your brother is the loser in this case.
