Send her a message or write in her wall.... Send some Romantic Applications like Animations , Flowers , Roses , Chocolates , Love , Me2u etc...

You shouldn't. Making efforts to gain the attention/affection of a girl through the internet usually hurts your chances of getting laid. The best thing to do is to try in person. If this is intimidating for you, GROW A PAIR! As long as you do not come across as insecure and scared of her, then you have very little to worry about. Unless she is a truly rotten person, she will not try to make a fool of you or hurt your feelings.
