Why do you have to be all or nothing? This is not realistic. Besides, why be a "one issue" voter? As it stands now, were I you, I would register as an Independent.
Know that you are working very hard at getting informed. Good for you.

- Ray - 11-19-2012 03:17 AM

you'd be an independent

- piegowdealer - 11-19-2012 03:17 AM

Libertarian. Or a blue dog democrat.

- teeny-tinygalley272 - 11-19-2012 03:17 AM

Very close to libertarian.

You contradict all of the major parties (Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Green, CPUSA). I would classify you as an Independent Fence Sitter.

EDIT: The reason I wouldn't consider you a Libertarian is because you believe in "MUCH stricter enforcement of social security." A Libertarian would get rid of Social Security all together.

Though I am opposite of about half of your views, there is one thing you have going for you. Not having declared a party. They all suck. Don't label yourself. Be yourself, and vote your heart. I'm conservative, but I voted for Obama. He sucks too, but I voted what I thought was best at the time and didn't let a party tell me how to vote.

You are confused,Pick a side or move to mexico.Just kidding. The whole thing about us surviving military folk is.We want to come back to a free country. Not a socialist one like Obama is making

Pro gay marriage? should everyone get married to the same sex. I'm just kidding.
I have socially liberal views but I am a conservative because I believe the most important thing is fiscal responsibility. No one identifies with a certain party on everything. I don't care if someone who is gay wants to get married I don't push my beliefs on anyone, so that part doesn't matter to me, as long as no one pushes their beliefs about that on me.
You must figure out what are the most important issues to you before you try to identify with a political party. sounds to me though you are most likely libertarian.

I don't think you know enough to get into a political party or for that matter to vote.. Of course you are an atheist, you couldn't believe in God and support the murder of innocent babies or that marriage is designed as being between one man and one woman.
