We have similar cultures, you are refereed to as our "mother country" and we have fought side by side in several wars and we are both some of the biggest baddest dudes on the street. just a general respect over the decades witch is sadly deteriorating, especially in Britain they seem to be getting a smug, we are better than you, type of culture

The Americans tolerate the British like a man tolerates a destitude neighbour.
As for David Cameron, he is a sycophantic little Eton and Oxford turd who will follow any President around like a puppy-dog, doing tricks to please his master.
