your hair will be damaged, you need to stop doing that and take good care of your hair, I recommend you to use one of those hair straightening treatments to do it at home, I use cocoa keratin brazilian hair smoothing treatment system and it worked pretty good, it leaves the hair soft, frizz less and straight.

I suggest you get it chemically straightened by your hairdresser if you like having straight hair that much.
