Why are you so frightened at the idea that someone may not let you walk down the street with an Uzi in your hand? I am so sorry for you. Did you know that 75% of the NRA membership is in favor of the restrictions? How horrifying! I guess they'll have to be on the other side in the war.
No one is suggesting a total gun ban and you know it. I can find a nutcase anywhere and you wouldn't like some of the ones I found.

In Switzerland, you have to go through over 100 hours of firearm training (or be a veteran or ex-police officer) to be allowed to carry a gun. So no, not "EVERYONE" is armed in Switzerland, only those who have proven qualified are able to carry.
In addition to this, in Switzerland, you can carry an M-16, but you are only allowed to carry 3-5 bullets in a ziploc bag. So, that big-ass gun isn't going to do much killing while it's unloaded.
Also, I'm part of those 75 million Americans who owns a gun, and I don't own a single semi-automatic weapon, only legitimate hunting rifles/shotguns. I do own a .22 pistol, but that's just for target shooting. I'd gladly give it up if it became illegal.

Marxism on the move in America, Progressive liberals have embraced Marxism again, this is nothing new for Obama this is his past legacy. Dividing America from with in. His change is to chang our Constitution and destroy America from with in. Sad, but he is doing it. and in the next 4 years he will appoint 1 or 2 more progressive liberals in the Supreme court and there will be no America as our forefathers meant it to be..
But there will be no civil war. America the grate has fallen into a new world order. those that will be taken captive will be taken captive, into a progressive World.
