I already update to jellybean. The record button is there but when i want to upload, its not working.

I think it is because the Samsung Galaxy Note ans S2 uses Ice Cream Sandwich as its IOS and currently supports Jelly Bean.

It only works on your front camera if you already have Android 4.1

Verizon HTC...same issue. Stop making me look uncool Instagram! If u have a new feature, have it for EVERYONE!
