They would only check your history if they got suspicious, if you had to enter a username and password to use the Wi-Fi it would be possible, if you just connected without a password then they probably wouldn't.

but on a serious note there's nothing they do because your phone's mac address or ip address ISN'T tied to any personal info of you they have . so just chill...
