Yes. People who are normally decent feel its ok to defriend people in cyberspace for stupid reasons. I think facebook has eroded our empathy skills. Ditch FB and find another way to connect with your real friends (phone, email, skype etc). I did and the quality of my life has improved no end. Or you could do what a friend of mine did and just use it for one or two close friends or family you find it hard to keep in touch with any other way without adding anyone else or any apps or games. Who cares about Mafia Wars and Farmville anyway?

i think it's very userful because if you want chat whit your friend or keep information about your idols or people you care but far away how do? And after you can chat free!!
