Wow someones overprotective. Just because you don't like facebook doesn't mean she can't have one. It shouldn't even be that big of a deal to you. Facebook is a great way to connect with people you don't get to talk to. My whole family has one because we all live in different states. I think you're overreacting.

Wow! Really?! Leave your girlfriend because she uses Facebook?? Maybe you should try talking to her about your feelings about social networking sites and tell her how you feel without being so rude about it. If you don't like it, it's as simple as not joining and telling her that you don't want to use social networking sites but you still like/love/whatever her. But if you are thinking about breaking up with her over an invitation to FB, then what is really going on here? Are you just looking for an out? A reason to break up with her? If you aren't happy, have the balls to move on. Maybe she invited you to FB so that she can update her relationship status and have it linked to your account. If I were you, I would be honored by that because she obviously is serious about you and likes you. And you are considering breaking up with her over an invitation to FB?? Wow. You don't really deserve her anyway. Facebook does cause drama and whatnot--but not if you are mature enough to not update every little thing about your life and create the drama. Get over it and get over yourself!!!
