If Someone Hacked your Page If its a Regular Account As Long as They Did Not Change the Email address Go to Forgot Password Put in your Email Address and Facebook Will Send you a Password Reset Link to your Email Click on the Link Inside and Change your Password and you can Get Back in
if its a Facebook Page and If Someone Deleted you as a Admin Which Any Admins Can Delete Anybody including the Owner Than you have To Report the Page As Being Stolen In order to Possibly Regain Access to it
