Earlier this morning I logged onto Facebook and I found I had Timeline, even though I had never knowingly upgraded. I've tried to live with it, but my head now hurts and i'm slightly pissed off. Any idea's on what options I have to possibly revert back?

quite a few of my friends still have the old facebook, how did they escape the automatic upgrade?

Timeline automatically switched for everyone on March 27th. There is no way to switch it back.

Don't think you can. Mr. Zuckerberg has forced us all to use these timelines.
At first it was a choice, but then they did it for all users.

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update

it will take you a few days to get used to the changes, but overall, it's much better than the old profile
you can trick your browser into making it so you see your old profile, but everyone else will still be seeing your timeline profile, along with anything you dont want them seeing, and you wont be able to see anyone else's timeline profile then either
