I'm interested in things like that, investigation too, and I'm not sure which it should go under
1) Arts and Media
2) Medicine and Health
3) Public and Social Services
4) Finance
5) General Business
6) Education and Research
7) Engineering Technology
8) Home Economics Careers and Technology
9) Industrial and Technology
10) Agriculture

The FBI generally wants attorneys, accountants, and computer specialists. That is because those fields are valuable in investigating white color crime.
For SWAT or other violent crime law enforcement, the best career path begins with the military before college.
