search for an online gif maker,get the photos you want too sequence onto the gif maker and then select that as your picture for facebook after you have saved it of course

Unfortunately this isn't possible. It is possible on MySpace, but not on Facebook. If you try to post one on Facebook as your profile photo, it will not be animated. The idea has been submitted to the Facebook Development Forums, but for now. It looks like a watch this space.
