I've started up a funny twitter account, @cockynessquotes but I cant seem to figure out how to attract followers. :/ Any tips?

You can buy some cheap followers from http://buycheapplus.com If you can get any cheaper followers, let me know. This site was the cheapest one I found and it really works.
With over 10.000 you'll get new followers every single day. People always follow someone with huge number existing followers.
