no there is no way of seeing who viewed your profile. the results you get are all random

No. This app and others like them are all scams and not authorized by FB.
Besides not working at the very least they will send spam to all of your Friends.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
