When i add this box (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button/) to my blog HTML will it update to the specific web address of that post, or do i need to change the button each post?

Hello Tanman,
The Like button which you are creating from Facebook Develops will be applied as a Gadget on your blog. You can fix it anywhere on your blog. But, If you want to show it on all posts then you will need to apply another process. Because it will be fixed wherever you place.
