Try visiting https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=notifications§ion=application_notification&view and look for Zoosk in the list. Then untick the box next to it and save changes.

Go to the Zoosk site home page and scroll tothe bottom of the page. There you will see "Unsubscribe" just click on that and follow the Instructions.
