There is actually no way of telling this.Facebook is very secure! Even though 3rd party apps may claim to allow you do find out who deleted you. They are all scams, ads or phishing.

You'll notice will you see that the number of friends in your profile has decreased. I think there is no way to find out who deleted you or a notification saying that this person has deleted you.
