Go to profile->edit profile/complete profile->then add your working place/company.Then change it to public(if you cliked on work you can see this option).
Note:sometimes you can't see it,even though others can see it.

Follow the steps-
Click on your profile..you will be directed to your profile page.
Click Edit Profile .
Now Type the name of your company or business.
