Anyone out there please help me, im trying to find my sister and all i been able to find are dead ends. I was adopted and she stayed behind and im desperately trying to reunit us. Her name is Sarah Dopierala and she is 18 or 19 years old.

Have you tried looking for her on Facebook? There's at least one person by that name on Facebook. Googling her name also brings up several hits. Good luck!
