Whenever I try to make one, it tells me that I'm from an unknown location and eventually wants to check my ID, so they want a pic of me, driver license, and my number? Is there a way to make an accounts without giving my info, which really takes away the point I'm using Tor?

Facebook doesn't allow anonymous users anymore. Either follow their rules or don't use their website.
