Well I was looking through my friends Instagram and I accidentally pressed report innapropriate
Pls help!!??

Image & account reports are essentially "votes" -- nothing will be done to an image or user account unless a certain number (or computed ratio) of reports are submitted. A single errant report is essentially discarded.
