So I'm building a computer and I want it to play bf4 at at least 45 fps on ultra, can anyone list the specs for a computer that would be able to do this and price? Thanks!!

For about $600 ...
AMD FX 8000 series processor
motherboard with the 990FX chipset
Anywhere from $150 or so to $300.
8gig RAM ($70)
Decent case ($40-$100 depending upon features, size, and mfg).
80+ Bronze certified power supply - cost about $10 more than a non-80+ power supply but you will save that $10 in a couple of month's electricity usage.
DVD drive: $18
1TB HDD $60
GPU - look up the recommended GPU for the most demanding games you HOPE to play and pick a GPU from the list at the bottom of the following page which meets or exceeds the performance of that card: http://community.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/AMD+Radeon+HD+7870/review

I have a few builds that I have recommended to others for high end gaming...but for around $1,200 or more you can do this.
