It can only happened if the group is an open group. Your friends might see that in their Newsfeed, depends on FB's algorithm for each of them. They will surely see that if they put you in their Close Friends list.

it depends on the group settings you have no control over - if it's an open group, all of your friends will be able to see it

if the group is an 'open group' - yes
if the group is a 'secret' or 'closed' group - only if they are also members of the group

If it is an open group then they can see it, otherwise they wont
