I can see every little box of pixels, It happened out of nowhere. My pictures on twitter, facebook & my galley on my iphone 4 look normal. Is this a problem on sprint's or Instagram/EyeEm's end ?

Nobody cares - iphones take bad photos - and instagram is full of them.
Instagram adds jpeg compression to images, that's why they look bad.
so no one will notice they are bad, in amongst all the other bad photography there.
