so basically its a formula i developed to calculate sexiness and i want to know how i can make it into a app on facebook

Well to make a facebook app
first off all, really, go to
http://developers.facebook.com/get_started.php,
some applications don't need much of coding but if you are to really create an app you need php knowledge, and html (php and html go like nails and fingers, and even java now-a-days), it might not be hard to make it, but every one struggles for something! Sorry I really can't help more than this, facebook has an extensive documentation on this issue!
