Me and my fiancé have been together for years.. And I messaged her on Facebook when I was at work and saw she had a profile pic with her and some guy putting his arm around her waist. Is this bad....? I'm so worried she's been cheating on me...

Ask her who it is. If she's cheating it's pretty blatant. Could be someone she works with. Strange thing for her to do but don't panic, man. Probably a reasonable explanation.
