ok see im on twitter and i want to add celeberties and when i type in there name one of the users have a little white check mark in a light blue flower circle like thing and when i go to there profile it says on the right top area it says "Verified Account" what does "Verified Account" mean does it mean that it's really the celeberties account?? and plus can only celeberties have a backround picture.

If the account is verified it means they have sent in a video to Truth Tweet saying that that is their real account.It's how they tell the reals from the fakes. You can add them and scan through the verified celebs.
