Try using an internet based proxy (http://www.ninjacloak.com/). I'm not sure how China blocks their internet. Best of luck.

If you are using firefox, set up a proxy, get a proxy at http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/
If not, you can download it, or you can get tor and install it on your computer https://www.torproject.org/
Both of these will make your requests anonymous using proxys, so china will not be able to block facebook since they will not know that you are trying to visit facebook.

Ps. To use a proxy in firefox, go to tools, then options, then advanced, then the network tab, then click on the settings button next to connection and check manual proxy configuration and enter the ip and port number you got from hidemyass.com

Web Based Proxy sites:

One of the best solutions in the market is Securitales
(Can be found at securitales.com )
SecuriTales can do Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and all the other Social Media websites.
It requires no installation and works great from China

Look for something called JonDoFox. this should come with firefox and the program needed to proxy. I paid for extra bandwidth so that I can browse longer and access the faster proxies. it's the weapon of choice for facebook and twitter users in china.

The program rotates between proxies to keep you anonymous as long as possible.
