Yes. But, when you are posting something you can click on the privacy settings for that post, and hide it from specific people. Or just unfriend them.

No it deletes on both ends. You cant see theirs, they cant see yours.

If u unsubscribe from someone on FB, u wont get their updates on your facebook timeline/wall. but they are able to see ur updates on their facebook wall/timeline, since they are subscribed to your updates. if u want privacy from someone .. blocking them is only the solution.

Yes, unless you block them or until they also unsubscribe. If you want to force them to unsubscribe without them noticing, you can block them and quickly unblock them immediately.
