login to ur account and at the of the page you'll see "Create A page" click on it and then go further however u wanna create it...

Login to facebook.
Scroll down and you will see an option "Create A Page" beside advertisement.
Click on it, then chose your option, name it and it will be created.
The you can organize your page by uploading logo for it and then share whatever you want in that page and promote it to get likes
