For that age group, twitter, facebook and stumbleupon that's what I would use

Use social media such as Twitter, Facebook - plus social bookmarking sites.
You can use free ads such as from adlandpro
Make sure the site is indexed and verified by Google. Make sure you have good onpage SEO to attract search engine traffic.
Google for forums that in the same niche - reply to comments and leave a link in your signature.
