What are u trying to accomplish?
Add more followers - go to http://www.twiends.com and register there. You get points when you follow someone and you can spend those points to buy followers.
Send Quality tweets - Decide the subject on which u want to tweet often. Follow like minded people. Search google for great ideas on your subject and tweet it.
