I see that Nikki didn't read your question.
The Facebook Look Back video is only visible to the person it pertains to. It is not public, so no one can download it. You can share this video on your wall, but if you do this, someone else can copy it because you would be making it public.
If you don't want anyone else to see it or download it, don't share it.
