I have a Instagram and everyone is posting about how if you don't re-post the picture you'll have your account deleted and you'll have to remake one with their terms of paying a certain amount of money to use it. Is this true? If you really don't re-post it you'll have to pay? Or is it some type of spam?

No its a scam, don't listen to all that nonsense, instagram will always be free
