Ok I just made a twitter account I have 1 tweet and 0 followers. If I don't have followers how can others see my tweets and stuff like that. Anything will help

well, you need followers, so follow people you know who'll follow you back! or just follow random people who follow back? that works too

Follow everyone and then they wil follow you.

You need a follower. If you tweet now it won't matter because they will see it once they follow you. Easiest way is to ask some of your friends to follow you and wait till then to send any tweets out. Sending them out now would be a waste of your time
