I'm following and only see them on my own Twitter page.

You Wont See Tweets On Other Peoples Profile Unless They Reply Back to your Tweet So if you Mention Them it Wont Show Up On There Profile Until They Write Back to that Tweet

following them only makes their posts appear in your feed, not the other way around
