Visit Play Store and take a look at the rating of the facebook app, it will be all clear to you.

They may have deleted the photo, or something, therefore, you would not be able to like it. That's what happens on Instagram, they deleted it, but it's still there in the newsfeed, so you like it but it unlikes.
