I recently graduated, BA in Finance, but i don t know what to do next ! i took a workshop in Corporate social responsibility and I LOVED it , i Loved the idea of Generating ideas that will become real life projects and will help people and improve the society and at the same time profitable to the company. but how to achieve that i don t know how since most of the companies don't care about CSR and if they do, they require lots of experience.
Any Advice would be helpful.

Ah! I remember those days. I thought when I graduated I'd get a job in middle management. Wrong. You start at the bottom... and learn. Learn the job, learn the company, learn organization, learn the strategy. Go get a job in finance for a strong company. Don't mandate a CSR job. Every company practices CSR because: a. it is a key marketing strategy, and b) it reduces a company's risk. Don't dwell on landing at CSR in your first position. You have 40 years in your career to do a lot of stuff. BTW kudos for even giving this some thought at this point in your life.
