Ofcourse its supports whatsapp. Its price is appx Rs. 6000/-. I m using nokia lumia 520. Its a great windows 8 phone with 5 mp camera, 4 inch screen, 1 ghz processor. I suggest you should buy lumia 520. The best phone of 2013.

Asha 502 is a good phone
it does have whatsapp in bulid in it

Nokia asha 502 n 503 are really best.... But u can wait for lumia 525 or go for lumia 520 will b better

it has the normal stuff you would expect: wifi, 5MP camera, bluetooth 3.0...
it supports whatsapp but you have to download it from the store (doesnt come preinstalled)
it has fastlane which is basically a list of apps you have accessed recently. keep in mind that this phone doesnt have multitasking capabilities. only certain social networking apps (whatssapp, facebook etc) and the music player work in background mode, thats it.
dont expect incredible apps on this phone and many major apps like viber, skype, hike etc are yet to come (not sure if they ever will launch).
it has a flash, no 3g,and 1GHz processor. it lags sometimes. it has no copy paste option. an on board PDF and docx reader is available but they need internet connection and are not worth your time (useless and difficult to use).
theres someone here who mentions that theres no contact search. thats incorrect. there is one. some people dont know it because it has a very fancy approach....kinda cool if you ask me...
bottomline, HORRIBLE PHONE!!
take my advice and go for a lumia. the 520 is an excellent choice best phone of 2013), or you could wait a litttle longer for the 525 (with flash, better processor 1.2gigs).525 may be expensive. if nothing else, go for lumia 510 or 610- slightly outdated phones running windows 7.5, but very good.

it is good in internet browsing and applications, but you'll suffer for making a call that there is no contact search !!! you have to scroll all phonebook to find a name. of course there is no smart dialing by digits nor letters. I put it down and my son now using it for gaming happily. not advise buying this phone
