Is this a silly idea. I already have a twitter but you see I'm a sort of quiet private girl. Like to keep to myself. This new twitter I was only to keep my identity hidden then I could talk freely about missin my guy or wat is goin on with me. Would never do this on my other where everyone knows me. So would it be stupid if I put in the bio "this twitter is dedicated to the man I love"

"Twitter" and "private" are mutually exclusive concepts.
No matter how private you want it to be, it is going to look like you are jumping on Oprah Winfrey's couch.

I created a twitter anon account for the reason of privacy as well. I don't have a personal. I like being able to say what I want without being judged. I've had my account for 8 months and have 1,300 followers. It's a lot of fun! Post relatable tweets and use anon trains to get more followers and it will be a ton of fun for you! Yes. It's totally okay to dedicate it to your boyfriend.
