Just wondering so lets say I comment on a photo (not my friend ) but like a celebrities photo , does it show up I'm the news feed I commented on this photo ..... I'm pretty sure it dosent as I can only see my friends likes and if they start following someone

No they can only see your likes and follows, If they are following less than 1000 users only

I don't believe so, unless you're account is linked to Facebook maybe.
